  • What types of vehicles do you source?

    The team at Revolution Car Buying Service have broad experience across many areas of the industry, and as such purchase virtually all types of vehicles on behalf of our clients.   • Can you help me choose the right vehicle?

    The huge range of makes and models available in the Australian market often makes deciding on the best vehicle to suit your needs a challenging task. Our extensive knowledge of the market enables us to assist clients to find the right vehicle to suit their needs. We consider factors such as performance, economy, capacity, features, value for money and resale value when evaluating a vehicle.

  • Can I test drive a vehicle before I purchase?

    We are able to organise test drives of vehicles through our network of dealers, ensuring an enjoyable experience without any sales pressure or commitment. We also arrange test drives at your office or home if this is more convenient.

  • How does your service save me time and money?

    We purchase hundreds of cars on behalf of our clients each year, and our broad dealer network and knowledge of the industry enables us to locate the exact vehicle you want at the best price. We do the hard work, removing the time consuming task of visiting several dealers and trying to bargain with each for their best price.

  • How long does it take to get a quote?

    In most cases the quote for your new car will be sent to you within 48 hours and will be valid for 14 days.

  • What is included in the price?

    The quote you receive will include all costs associated with taking delivery of the new car. All government charges, such as registration, stamp duty and GST are included, along with any dealer charges such the fitting of options and accessories.

  • How long before my vehicle will be ready?

    Depending on the availability of stock, it normally takes seven days from the date of placing the order with the dealer. If the vehicle has to be ordered from the manufacturer or built, it will obviously take longer but we will always confirm and advise the estimated delivery time before we place an order with a dealer.

  • Will the warranty be affected?

    As we deal with franchised new car dealers, all applicable manufacturer warranties apply. If a warranty issue should arise, you can elect to have it handled by any dealer of your choice.

  • Can you manage my trade-in?

    We will arrange for your trade in to be appraised and valued. We ask those dealers quoting on the new vehicle to provide a trade-in valuation, as well as used vehicle wholesalers, ensuring you receive the maximum market value for your trade-in.

  • I require finance. Can you help?

    Our extensive knowledge of automotive finance and our broad range of finance partners means that we can offer the right advice and arrange a tailored finance solution to best suit your requirements. We also assist with motor vehicle insurance and extended vehicle warranties as part of our service.
